We are looking to acquire a majority stake and partner with a company based in the Cincinnati Tri-State Area.  The founders have over 20+ years experience working at a Fortune 500 Company in Operations and Sales.  They have have worked various sales and leadership roles, and are currently in national leadership positions.

Investment Criteria & Focus Industries

Ridge is targeting transactions that meet the below criteria:

  • Revenue of $25M to $50M

  • EBITDA of $2.5M to $5M

  • Controlling Interest

  • Multi-stage buyouts, leading to controlling interest over time

  • HQ or significant operations within 100 miles of Cincinnati, OH
